Products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Order Confirmation

We will always send you an email confirmation upon successfully placing an order. The confirmation will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address. We will also let you know when your order is being prepared for shipping, along with a final email to let you know that the order has been dispatched.

Out of Stock

Unfortunately some items will sell out more quickly than anticipated. If an item is no longer available well display an out of stock message. We may still have the item in other sizes or colours though, you can reset your size/colour choices (where applicable) on the product page to see if other options are available.

Out of stock (but with a date)

With a few items we may experience longer delivery times if stock deliveries are delayed into our home-sweet-home. In such cases, though the item may currently be out of stock, we'll display the expected home-sweet-home delivery date. We can put items aside for you and you will only be charged on delivery of your item. If you would like to order an out of stock item that has a home-sweet-home delivery date, just add the item to your basket in the normal way. If you would like more information concerning the delivery date please give us a call on +6 012-3205505.

Personalized Items

Please note that we can only deliver personalized items within the Malaysia. Delivery of certain personalized items may take up to 5 days. Please call us on +6 012-320 5505 for confirmation of delivery times if in any doubt.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are applicable to the purchase of nursing wear and bras only. If for any reasons you are not happy with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange. You can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone. The following guidelines apply:

Exchanged items must be unsoiled, unwashed and unstained.
Items to be returned / sent back with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition
Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges
Returned Items should be sent to us at Customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. Thank you.
